Cancellation Policy
MySubbies Group – Booking, Rescheduling & Liability Policy MySubbies Group provides an online platform connecting customers with independent contractors. By booking through our platform, you agree to the following terms. 1. Role of MySubbies Group We act as a facilitator only. Contractors are independent providers, not employees or agents. The service contract is between customer and contractor. 2. Bookings Bookings must be made via our website or approved channels. Customers must provide accurate details. A booking is confirmed once a confirmation email/SMS is issued. 3. Payments & Deposits Some services require a deposit, credited to the final amount. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations. Payments are processed via MySubbies and released to contractors after completion. We may withhold payment in case of disputes. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule once free of charge with 48+ hours’ notice. Reschedules within 48 hours may incur a 20% fee. Cancel 48+ hours prior: full refund of deposit. Cancel within 48 hours: deposit forfeited. Same-day cancellation or no access: up to 50% charge. 5. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure the site is safe and accessible. Inaccurate details or unsafe conditions may result in a call-out fee. 6. Contractor Responsibilities Contractors must hold valid licenses, insurances, and provide services with skill, care, and compliance with law. They are responsible for workmanship, warranties, and materials. 7. Liability MySubbies Group is not liable for contractor performance, workmanship, delays, damages, or injuries. Our liability is limited to re-booking or refunding deposits paid to us, as permitted by law. 8. Disputes We may assist communication but are not responsible for enforcing outcomes. Workmanship disputes must be resolved directly with the contractor. 9. Terms of Use Provide accurate information. Do not use the platform for fraud or to bypass fees. Contractors are independent; customers accept this. Customers must provide safe working conditions. You indemnify MySubbies Group from claims or losses arising from services or misuse of the platform. Terms may be updated anytime. 10.
